Approach
My approach to investing is built on insights, structure, and partnership.
It combines analytical depth with practical experience — balancing curiosity about innovation with a disciplined investment process. Each opportunity is evaluated through a dual-lens approach developed together with Stockholm Business Angels (STOAF), where I have been a competence partner for more than a decade.
1. Opportunity Evaluation
We begin by identifying ventures with high innovation height and real market potential. Key questions include:
- Is the technology or solution truly differentiated?
- Does it address a significant and scalable market need?
- Is timing aligned with emerging trends?
2. Investment Evaluation
Once a promising opportunity is identified, we focus on its investability:
- Can the team execute with clarity, competence, and resilience?
- Are the financials and valuation realistic for the stage?
- Is there a credible path to value creation and exit within a defined time horizon?
- How can I contribute beyond capital?
This structured process ensures that both innovation potential and execution capacity are assessed before committing capital. All investments share a common ambition — to drive responsible and sustainable value creation for a more promising future.
Each company contributes positively to the world through its Environmental (E), Social (S), or Governance (G) impact.

Angel and Growth Investments
For more than ten years, I’ve been active across the angel, venture capital, and private equity landscape — through both personal investments and collaborative funds.
At STOAF, we have invested through both joint funds and individually, shared due diligence, and active portfolio development. I also advise and co-invest with private equity firms, bridging early-stage innovation with later-stage growth and maturity.
My investments focus on technology-driven ventures with scalable business models and strong, values-led leadership teams.
In parallel, I’ve contributed as a business coach in leading accelerators, including both STOAF and Chalmers’ Born Global and Scale Global programs, supporting over 200 startups on their journey toward growth and international expansion.
This combined experience — from structured evaluation to board-level oversight — offers a comprehensive view of the investment lifecycle, from idea to impact.

Background and Engagement
At Stockholm Business Angels STOAF Fund II, I helped establish and run the investment processes and evaluation committees (2014–2024), focusing on screening, due diligence, and post-investment follow-up.
Through Chalmers’ Born Global and Scale Global Accelerators (2015-2022), I’ve coached founders to strengthen strategy, governance, and investor readiness.
I’ve also advised several private equity firms and served as a board member and chair in PE-owned companies — guiding them through growth, strategic alignment, and successful exits. As chair of a private equity–owned company, I led a turnaround and growth journey that resulted in an exit within three years at nine times the invested capital — a clear example of how structured governance, strategic clarity, and leadership collaboration can unlock value.
Entrepreneurship runs in my family and continues to shape my belief that insight, structure, and partnership are the foundations of successful, sustainable investing — turning promising ideas into lasting value.
